Quick update regarding HAWK

We've upgraded HAWK! It will no longer simply receive a query and respond with service recommendations. Now, we’ll also be collecting buyer emails from HAWK queries in our HAWK Hunt List to retarget them when new services are added to the same category in the future.

This upgrade will benefit two types of freelancers. In the next phase of targeting, HAWK will recommend not only top-rated services but also newer services with fewer or zero reviews, giving clients more options to consider. This new approach will especially help new freelancers who are struggling to get orders.

Honestly, most marketplaces focus primarily on clients, but at Serpworks, we’re doing our best to introduce more features that help freelancers grow by making better use of our client database.

This repeated email targeting will create more opportunities for our newer freelancers and their services. We hope this new layer of HAWK brings more visibility and business to our hardworking freelancers.

Last but not least, HAWK’s manual algorithms will continue running email marketing campaigns featuring random services based on the client's initial query, creating even more opportunities for freelancers to get discovered.

Best of luck to all our freelancers 🥰
