2- The freelancer has to request it by creating an account ticket on the Serpworks Helpdesk.

3- The freelancer will complete a quiz assessment consisting of theoretical questions. Once they pass and undergo a manual review, they will be invited to a 15–30 minute live Zoom interview with the Serpworks Vetting Team.

4- Once the freelancer passes the interview, they will be awarded the Vetted Freelancer Badge.
