User Levels


Freelancers on Serpworks are recognized and rewarded for quality, reliability, and consistent performance. Unlock new levels to gain exclusive benefits, including faster withdrawals and profile visibility.

     

Level 1

Eligibility (within 1 month):

            

  • Complete at least 5 orders
  • Maintain an average rating of 4.5 or higher
  • Sold up to amount: $100

Limits And Benefits:

           

  • Withdrawal only twice a month with processing time: 12 days 
  • Featured in new talent filters       
  • Increased profile visibility   
  • “Rising Talent” badge on your profile  

   

Level 2

     

Eligibility (within 6 months):

           

  • Complete at least 10 orders       
  • Maintain an average rating of 4.5 or higher
  • Sold up to amount: $500     

Benefits:

           

  • Withdrawal allowed 4 times a month with processing time: 7 days
  • Priority in search results     
  • “Top Rated” badge on your profile     


Level 3

     

Eligibility (within 12 months):

   

  • Complete at least 30 orders
  • Maintain an average rating of 4.5 or higher       
  • Sold up to amount: $2,000

Benefits:   

           

  • Withdrawal allowed 10 times a month with processing time: 3 days      
  • Highest priority support tickets       
  • Can avail promotional packages       
  • Verified Rated Plus freelancer badge       
  • “Top Rated” badge on your profile

Level Maintenance & Demotion

   

User levels are reviewed monthly. You must continue to meet the criteria for your current level to retain it.

   

  • If your average rating falls below 4.5     
  • Or if your performance drops     
  • You will be demoted to the next lower level
