Serpworks acts as a specialized marketplace facilitating connections between business clients (buyers) and Local SEO professionals (sellers):

• Account Accuracy: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep account profile details updated.
• Security & Credentials: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• Eligible Usage: Users must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal business authority to enter into binding marketplace agreements.

2. Buyer & Seller Rules of Conduct

To maintain a safe, professional, and reliable environment for Local SEO campaigns, all platform members must adhere to strict guidelines:

• Pre-Purchase Diligence: Buyers are encouraged to request and review sample deliverables from sellers prior to placing formal orders.
• On-Platform Communication: All order details, file sharing, work deliverables, and project discussions must occur strictly through the official Serpworks platform.
• Strict Ban on Off-Platform Transactions: Any attempt by buyers or sellers to communicate payment details, solicit off-site transactions, or transfer funds via private inbox outside Serpworks will result in immediate, permanent account bans and forfeiture of pending balances or refunds.

3. Order Management & Refund Verification Requirements

Every transaction processed through Serpworks is governed by strict order and protection workflows:

• Account Verification for Refunds: Both buyer and seller must complete and maintain verified account status to be eligible to request, process, or receive any order refunds. Unverified accounts cannot be granted refunds under any circumstances.
• Order Overview: Serpworks actively overviews order progress to ensure dual buyer and seller protection throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• In-Progress Disputes: Orders marked as "In Progress" may only be cancelled or refunded for valid, documented reasons. All disputes must be opened directly on the designated Order Page for Serpworks team review.
• 24-Hour Completion Window: Once an order is marked as completed by the seller, buyers have a strict 24-hour window to review deliverables and initiate a formal dispute. After 24 hours, the order automatically closes, funds release to the seller, and no further refund claims will be accepted.

4. Service Fees, Discounts & Payment Processing

All financial transactions are handled securely under the following terms:

• Secure Payment Gateways: Credit card, debit card, and bank processing are routed through PCI-compliant secure payment gateways to ensure maximum user data security.
• Non-Refundable 5% Handling Fee: A mandatory 5% handling fee is applied to each order. In the event of a valid cancellation or refund, this 5% handling fee is non-refundable and will be deducted.
• Promotional Discount Deductions: If a discount was applied to an order, the corresponding discount value will be recalculated and deducted upon processing any refund.

5. Account Moderation & Suspension Standards

Serpworks maintains automatic and manual safeguards against platform abuse and service disruption:

• Cancellation Limits: Accumulating 3 order cancellations (whether initiated by buyer or seller) will trigger an automatic temporary account suspension for moderation review.
• Termination Rights: Serpworks reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account engaging in fraudulent activity, spam, abusive behavior, or non-compliance with marketplace rules.

6. Disclaimer of Service Quality & Limitation of Liability

Serpworks strives to moderate the marketplace, screen sellers, and keep platform standards high:

• Quality Disclaimer: Serpworks holds no direct liability or warranty for buyers or sellers in terms of the specific performance, quality, or ranking outcomes of third-party SEO services.
• Limitation of Damages: Under no circumstances shall Serpworks LLC, its officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or service fulfillment.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

Unless otherwise agreed between buyer and seller in custom order briefs, upon full payment and order completion, buyers receive full usage rights to the delivered SEO work products. All platform software, design elements, logos, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Serpworks LLC.

8. Governing Law & Policy Updates

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Serpworks LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
