How Are Levels & Badges Updated?
All eligible Freelancer Levels and Service Badges are evaluated through the Serpworks Predator Algorithm, our marketplace ranking and recognition system designed to assess seller performance and service activity.
Once the required criteria are met, badge updates typically take 6–24 hours to appear on the platform. Badges requiring manual review or approval remain subject to evaluation by the Serpworks team.
Missing a Badge?
If you meet all the requirements but your badge hasn't appeared within 24 hours, simply open a support ticket through our Helpdesk. Our team will review your account or service and help resolve the issue.
