I’ve started noticing that when people search for services like mine, Google shows an AI-generated
summary at the top of the page before any actual website links, and my business is never mentioned
in it. My competitors sometimes are.

I don’t fully understand what makes a business get pulled into that AI summary versus getting
ignored, but I know it’s grabbing attention before anyone even scrolls down to the regular results.
